Mr. Speed’s Painting Tools, established in Amarillo, Texas, introduced the Door Decker system to transform door painting efficiency. Founder Richard Speed, a seasoned painting contractor, recognized a gap in the market for specialized tools that streamline the door painting process. In 2002, he launched the Door Decker Finishing System, allowing painters to work faster with higher-quality results.

Initially focusing on door painting solutions, Speed Painting, Inc. expanded its line to include tools for cabinet door painting, creating a full Door Painting System.
